Hydro-jetting
The Problem: A road that was built over some blasted
rock had settled. Suspecting air pockets beneath the road had caused
the settling, an engineer was brought in to find a quick solution.
To reach proper compaction of the sub-base, the engineer prescribed
removing the road base and then high-pressure jetting of the soil.
To find the right equipment that could provide high pressure jetting,
a specialized nozzle and jetter wand, with a suitable supply of
water was not easy.

jetting of any kind is a simple procedure. With 1400 gallons of
water and varied nozzle and wand configurations this job was accomplished
quickly and easily. The vacuum truck was also available to clean
any slurry that might create a mess or a potential road hazard.
